Customer Service Executive

  •  Should be able to draft and manage emails as required.
  •  Answer all incoming calls & resolve customer’s queries.
  •  Knowing our products inside and out so that you can solve questions.
  •  Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  •   Act on the inquiries of Clients and provide the prospective business leads to Managers.
  •   Manage the call escalations.
  •   Maintain the call quality as per the set standards.
  •  Outbound Sales and Lead generation process
  •  Replying promptly to customer inquiries.
  •  Recognizing and resolving customer complaints.
  •  Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  •  Giving feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  •  Maintain & update call records in a specified format. 
  •  Good hands-on Data Management.
  •  Keeping a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


Desired Skills:

  •   Fluency in English and Hindi
  •   Effective Verbal & listening communication skills
  •   Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word Docs
  •  Candidate who have done MS-CIT will be a plus
  •  Anyone from a Domestic /International Background will be preferred.
  •  Should have experience in customer service, sales, MIS, accounts, BPO sales, outbound sales, lead generation, customer support, customer satisfaction, Cold Calling, Sales Process, Direct Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Presentations.
